Fully Loaded!

Was loaded with energy today! Did one mile on treadmill and two sessions of aerobics! Woot! Woot! Food intake awesome! Been really tracking my intake. Trying to keep the calories in check while consuming nutrient dense foods. Once you get in the groove it gets a whole lot easier!

Total Miles Conquered = 47.5!
