Behind on my posting but here's the lowdown.  Over the last few days I've worked out several times bringing my new total to.....drum roll please!

61 miles blasted away!

I'm feeling stronger =D  more energy  and I think the scale has budged...a little.  I've been doing lots of weight training...very important!  Now that I'm in my early thirties...(you didn't actually read that...I'm still 24!)  I can tell that my muscle mass is dropping, but hopefully now it's on the rebound!



Still Working At It

No exercise today but I did clean someone's house yesterday and then did aerobics last night.  So I'm adding 3 miles to the new total.

53 miles scoured!

4 miles on the treadmill and 1 mile worth of other exercises including ab ripper and hip exercises....yes, I'm pooped but feeling rather good about myself.  I have a muscle that is bothering me more than it used to in my left hip/thigh region.  I think its due to the muscle getting weaker.  Hoping all this exercise will boost my strength and build some muscle.

New Total = 42 miles ripped apart!!!

Burning Rubber!

Ok, with the exercise I've done over the last two days here is my new total.

New Total = 37.0 miles blasted away!

In other news we put a roof on last week!  So excited to get that project completed.  Also, in the process of preparing for a family member's wedding and a homeschool event.  Lots on my plate but trying to get it all done and still lose weight!  EEK!
