A Little Behind

He,he...I just noticed the double meaning in my title! lol  Unfortunately, this is not the case!   However, I'm posting today for Saturday's totals.  Sunday was my day of rest and today was just too hectic.

Previous  -  7.5
Saturday  -  2.5

New Total = 10 miles creamed....and no I didn't mean heavy creamed either! lol  Don't you just love my food antics?!

AT It Again

Well, here I go again.  I'm back to racking up the miles on the treadmill and all other cardio.  Gotta lose this belly fat....that's right! BELLY FAT!! There I said it...it's disgusting but true!  Started last night.  Here is the total so far:

Last night -   4 miles
Today - 3.5 miles

Total - 7.5 Miles blasted away!
