4 miles on the treadmill and 1 mile worth of other exercises including ab ripper and hip exercises....yes, I'm pooped but feeling rather good about myself.  I have a muscle that is bothering me more than it used to in my left hip/thigh region.  I think its due to the muscle getting weaker.  Hoping all this exercise will boost my strength and build some muscle.

Burning Rubber!

Ok, with the exercise I've done over the last two days here is my new total.

New Total = 37.0 miles blasted away!

In other news we put a roof on last week!  So excited to get that project completed.  Also, in the process of preparing for a family member's wedding and a homeschool event.  Lots on my plate but trying to get it all done and still lose weight!  EEK!

Still At It

So the other day I helped with debris cleanup from a tornado for about 4 hours...I figure it had to count for something so I gave it 2 miles.  Also did a mile yesterday with 60 walking squats.
