I'm going to a gathering today....there will be goodies galore all around me! UGH!!! When food is presented to me free of charge I tend to lose all control. My challenge to my self- no goodies! Can I do it? Frankly, I'm not sure yet. lol
lol! I should have known you would check on me....I did ok. It could have been worse. I should know by now that to not eat any is almost impossible for me....when will I ever learn self control. I must be using food to comfort me for something.....I just don't know WHY!
