4 miles on the treadmill and 1 mile worth of other exercises including ab ripper and hip exercises....yes, I'm pooped but feeling rather good about myself.  I have a muscle that is bothering me more than it used to in my left hip/thigh region.  I think its due to the muscle getting weaker.  Hoping all this exercise will boost my strength and build some muscle.

New Total = 42 miles ripped apart!!!

  1. I keep having muscles suddenly say, "Hey, I didn't do anything today...or yesterday...or the day before that, but I really hurt!" Signs of age, I'm assuming! Way to go on the exercise! I'm trying to remember to walk the dog a lot, but I'm just whooped lately--I think the time change is still doing me in! And Spring Break = sleep in.
